AI Shop Assitant plugin – Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• "We", "Us", "Company" refers to Eonix Infotech, the developer and seller of the Software.
• "You", "Licensee", "Customer" refers to the individual or entity that purchases, downloads or uses the Software.
• "Software" refers to the GenX AI Shop Assistant plugin for nopCommerce, including all associated files, updates and documentation.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and full payment of the applicable license fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on a single live nopCommerce store domain. A separate license is required for each additional domain or subdomain on which the Software is installed.

2.1 Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease or redistribute the Software, in modified or unmodified form, without our prior written consent. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or extract the Software's source code for use outside of the licensed store, and you may not remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices contained in the Software.

2.2 Ownership

The Software remains our exclusive intellectual property at all times. This Agreement grants you a license to use the Software — it does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

3. Purchases & Payment

Payments for the Software are processed through our third-party payment provider (Razorpay). By completing a purchase, you confirm that the name, email and phone number you provide are accurate, as they are used to deliver your license and download link. We do not store your card or banking details — these are handled entirely by our payment processor.

4. Refund Policy

Because the Software is a digital product delivered electronically, all sales are final once the download link has been issued, except where required otherwise by applicable law. Please review the product description, specifications and compatibility notes carefully before purchasing.

5. Updates & Support

Licensed customers are entitled to free updates and standard support for the Software for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via our contact channels.

6. Term & Termination

This Agreement remains in effect for as long as you use the Software. We may terminate your license immediately if you breach any term of this Agreement, including unauthorized redistribution or resale of the Software. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and remove all copies from your systems.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
